These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between pkpo ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). pkpo is an online gaming and betting platform that provides casino games, slots, cricket betting, and various other entertainment gaming options for users in Bangladesh. 4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.
• If you deposit ৳32,000 or more, you will receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳15,000 before you can withdraw the bonus funds.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses are only usable on designated games on the pkpo platform.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• If the wagering requirement is not fulfilled before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses may not apply at the same time — pkpo will decide at its discretion.
• pkpo reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Any attempt to earn bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.

4.4 VIP Program

pkpo's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Progression to a higher tier depends on your gaming activity. VIP membership entitlements are at pkpo's discretion and may change at any time.

5.1 Fair Play

pkpo believes in fair play. All games are conducted impartially and transparently. Using automated software, bots, or any unlawful method to play games is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

Cricket and other sports betting is available on pkpo. The following rules apply to sports betting:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
